I am Rachel Anne Hobbs, a Registered Health and Performance Dietitian and founder of The Nutrition Clinic. I was voted as one of the World’s top 10 Personal Trainers and one of the only qualified health professionals that can assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider public-health level

My mission.

My mission is to educate and empower individuals to discover their true health and athletic potential. 

Rachel Anne Hobbs R.D. is a clinically and sports performance trained Dietitian based in the United Kingdom and has been voted the country’s top Personal Trainer. She combines modern science with traditional naturopathic nutrition to provide a unique service to her clients.

 

Rachel specialices in the areas of performance nutrition and disordered eating; leading the British Army’s nutritional guidance and education in addition to providing performance services to a wide range of athletes from amateurs to professionals to Olympians. She was awarded her postgraduate diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee in 2016 and her book “The Fitness Professionals Guide to Nutrition” is being published by Human Kinetics in 2017. She is also a mum and understands the demands of family life.

 

Rachel herself also has an elite sporting background, representing her country as a gymnast in her youth, competing nationally in bodybuilding and winning the title of European Powerlifting Champion and breaking the British Powerlifting Records. She is currently training for an Iron Man triathlon to raise money for Cancer Research.

 

Rachel uses her expertise and experience in clinical dietetics, nutritional psychology and physical training to coach, support and educate a varied clientele in the management of conditions such as binge eating disorder, irritable  bowel syndrome, depression, inflammatory bowel syndrome, cancer treatment side effects, diabetes, poly cystic ovary syndrome, high cholesterol, migraines, hypertension as well as fat loss, muscle gain and longevity.
