This sounds and looks very posh, but actually it is so simple to make so can be a perfect mid week meal, it is quite low calorie so if you are training in the evening perhaps add in some potatoes slices too.
The majority of my clients have a little bit of a sweet tooth, as do I, especially after dinner; and whilst in an ideal world our bodies would love it if we could just eat foods “straight from the earth”, the reality is we live in an obesogenic environment.
As we are approaching the middle of Mental Health Awareness week my thoughts lie with what I hope for my son for the future; because although the gender divide is closing, it is still prevalent in various areas, emotions is one that needs to be addressed.
