When it comes to food, I believe that we all have very personalised needs and there is no such thing as a “one size fits all diet”.
I will teach you how to eat, rather than simply give you a plan of what to eat. I will empower you to find trust in yourself and your body, to create lifelong positive habits.
With over seven years in further education studying nutrition and its impact on the human body and mind; as well as being one of the only qualified health professionals that can assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider public health level I ground my coaching in evidence based research as well as my decade of experience within the industry. If you are not sure what the difference is between a dietitian and other nutrition professionals, please click here.
I work with a wide range of individuals to improve their nutrition and relationship with food, however have special interests in;
Disordered eating inclusive of bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, compulsive over eating [please note Food Freedom Therapy may be more appropriate if you suffer with any form of disordered eating].
Sports performance nutrition
Restoration of menstruation and nutrition to support fertility and IVF
